ENVIRONMENT
The Sarasota Audubon Society (SAS) facilitates the protection, enjoyment and conservation of birds, wildlife and the environment. The SAS Environmental Business Award process is now in its third year. Presented annually to one local for-profit organization operating in Sarasota County, this award recognizes clear, significant and sustained contributions to the health of the local environment. In addition to the Award, Certificates of Merit may be presented to organizations that demonstrate significant efforts to protect the environment.
