Duette Bear Bay Entrance Tour
April 1
7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Participants interested in only the diurnal species will go for a few short walks from the parking area in search of the Florida subspecies of Grasshopper Sparrow, habitat specialist Bachman’s Sparrow, and hope for other rare Sparrow sightings.
Note there is an “Early Bird” optional tour that begins at 6:15am.

Fly Wild! with Sarasota Audubon February 21

Join us to connect with nature in new and exciting ways. This year’s festival highlights: guided nature walks, a community bird-a-thon, a photo contest, a children’s scavenger hunt, nonprofit booths with family-friendly activities, interactive exhibits and expert talks.

Carefree Learner Boat Tour March 24

This delightful boat tour to Roberts Bay Rookery on the Carefree Learner, an educational adventure. See hundreds of nesting herons, egrets, spoonbills and more.
There is a public restroom next to O’Leary’s. There are no facilities on the boat!
