Mary Heinlen (email) and Helen King will meet you at Siesta Key Beach in front of the pavilion with the American flag that is to the right as you enter the main parking lot. You will learn to ID shorebirds during a 1.5 mile walk in the sand and sun. Restrooms are available.

Helen King (850-556-2950) and Kathryn Young will escort you on a "birking" trip through Nathan Benderson Park. Birking is bicycling and birding. Meet at the playground parking lot (5851 Nathan Benderson Cir) with your own bicycle. We will ride slowly on paved paths for approximately 7 miles looking for an array of different birds. Peter Brown (207-994-9885) and Helen King will meet you at the Pavilion with the American flag on the right as you enter the main parking lot. We will learn to identify gulls, terns, and sandpipers during a 1.5 mile walk on sand with sun. Restrooms are available.

First meet Helen King (email, 850-556-2950)  at the bridge (he bridge is south of Crowley by 1/8 mile) with a spotting scope; park along the shoulder; then go to Crowley to find resident red headed woodpeckers, bluebirds, and loggerhead shrike. 1.5 mile walk in woods and dirt road. $4 fee for Crowley Restrooms are available...

Helen King will meet you at the first parking lot on the right after main (SR72) entrance. There is a park entrance fee. There will be stops at the bridges, boardwalk, and the former weir. Restrooms are available.
